EXIMO has released a telescopic ducting and flexible extraction system to reduce atmospheric dust and prevent cross-contamination of samples.
The system is a reverse-pulse, delta p controller, and is able to remove up to one tonne of dust each week.
According to the company, the system eliminates the threat of a coal dust explosion and reduces the risk of coal related fires.
The system is said to provide a low maintenance and high collection option that is able to move high volumes of dust at a low cost.
The extraction system may be used in underground coal mines, silver mines, coal preparation plants and coal transfer stations.
