MOOLARBEN Coal mine says it has made no secret of its plan to construct a water sharing pipeline with the nearby Ulan coal mine.

The project has been granted approval from the New South Wales Government.

The coal mining company has dismissed claims that the development could affect the natural flows in the Goulburn River and cause the riverbed to crack.
