Oniqua cleans up at export awards

QUEENSLAND Premier Anna Bligh presented two prestigious QLD Export Awards to Andy Hill, CEO and Chris Wright, Executive Vice President — Solutions of Oniqua.

Oniqua took the honours in winning the Information and Communication Technology Award and the Dermot McManus Award for Innovation. The company was the only organisation to be nominated in three categories, also being a finalist in the Small to Medium Business category.

Andy Hill, CEO, says this is a tremendous honour and exciting recognition for the team and the outstanding work they do. The Export Awards means a great deal to the company, as 80% of revenue comes from export.

The Awards are acknowledgement and a follow on from a highly successful year that saw Oniqua, a developer of Asset Performance Management (APM) software solutions for asset-intensive industries, sign global deals with BHP Billiton, Newmont Mining and Conoco Philips, along with several other key international clients such as Vale Mining in Brazil.
